Sunset Motor Inn Policies
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact the front desk.
Do you charge a deposit?
We do charge one night’s rate and tax per room at the time of your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. For a full refund, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to the date of your arrival. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $30.00 fee. We offer no refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival date.
What is your smoking policy?
The Sunset Motor Inn does not allow smoking in the rooms. If it is determined that you have been smoking in our guest rooms, you will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee.
Do you allow pets?
We welcome your pets and have select pet-friendly rooms at the inn. There is also a large lawn located behind the inn to provide a place to walk your pets. We ask that you please pick up after your pet. If you must leave your pet alone in the room, you must crate them. If we have found that you have had a pet in a non-pet-friendly room, you will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Do you have handicap rooms available?
We do have handicap accessible rooms at the inn. Please make certain to let the reservation staff know of your needs when booking your room.
Do you charge extra for children?
Children 12 & under stay for free at the inn if they are in a room with an adult and use existing bedding. Additional cribs or cots are available for $10.00 per stay.
How old do you have to be to rent a room?
All guests need to be 18 or older to rent accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of arrival.
What are the pool hours?
Our outdoor pool is seasonal. The hours are 9am-10pm.
What hours is the front desk available?
Our front desk staff is available from 7am-10pm each day.
